Workplace is where people and Emma work together, in projects that feel like a team chat.
Projects and chat
Projects are listed on the left. Each project has a main chat with Emma in the middle, where you ask questions and hand out work. Emma answers with text, buttons to choose from, diagrams and a checklist of what she is doing.
Sessions
Longer tasks run as sessions in the background, so the chat stays free. Sessions are grouped as Waiting for you, Working and Done.
Library
The Library holds what Emma may use in a project: skills, instructions, files and reports, memory and the people in the project.
Schedule
Recurring work for the project, such as a weekly report, is listed under Schedule.
Mentions and notifications
Mention a colleague with @ to bring them in. People get notifications in the app and by email.
