Do the boring parts automatically
Workflows, ready-made actions, forms and Emma's own jobs work together.
Workflows. Drag in steps to build a flow with branches, loops and approval steps. Start it from a signal, a schedule, a webhook or a form.
Action catalog. Hundreds of ready-made actions for identity, chat, cloud, endpoint and ticketing tools. Connect an account once and use it in any workflow.
Forms. Collect answers from people inside or outside the company, for example to confirm a suspicious login, and start a workflow from each answer.
Emma automations. Give Emma a job in plain words, with the tools she may use and when to run. She does it on schedule and reports back.
Automation you can trust
Fast where it can be, careful where it must be.
Blueprints
Start from ready-made workflows for common incidents and change them to fit.
Approvals in Slack and Teams
Approvers click Approve or Reject where they already work. The workflow waits until they do.
Many ways to start
Start from a signal, a case, a schedule, a webhook, an API call, a form answer or a data change.
Datastores
Keep small tables, like allow lists or on-call rotas, that workflows can read and update.
Branches and loops
Handle the different cases in one flow, and repeat a step for every user or machine.
Build from a sentence
Describe the workflow you want and Emma drafts it. You review every step before it runs.
Hand Emma the routine.
Emma runs her own jobs on a schedule and builds workflows from a sentence. Anything that changes a system still asks first.
